【摘要】 用每次输精剂量含有效精子数0.2亿、0.3亿、0.4亿、0.5亿、0.6亿、0.7亿的萨福克羊稀释精液对355只同期发情的纯种小尾寒羊母羊人工授精配种,以探讨同期发情时不同有效精子数对绵羊不返情率的影响。试验各组25天不返情率分别为43.24%、42.22%、50%、60.47%、59.62%、62.79%,其中含0.2亿和0.3亿有效精子数试验组羊不返情率差异不显著(P>0.05),0.5亿、0.6亿、0.7亿及对照组羊不返情率差异不显著(P>0.05),0.4亿组比0.2亿和0.3亿组不返情率高(P<0.01),但比0.5亿、0.6亿、0.7亿及对照组不返情率低(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,随着每输精剂量所含有效精子数的增加,试验羊25天不返情率亦逐步提高,二者呈强正相关(R=0.9402)。从提高公羊利用率和保证母羊受胎率出发,绵羊一次输入有效精子数以0.5亿以上较为适宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inseminated with numbers of Suffolk ram’s spermatozoa were 20million, 30million, 40million, 50million, 60million, 70million on 355 ewes, to study the effect of spermatozoa’s number on estrus conception rate in this experiment. Estrus conception rate were 43.24%,42.22%,50%,60.47%,59.62%,62.79% in 25d, respectively. The estrus conception rate was no significant difference of inseminated with 20million and 30million spermatozoa(P>0.05), but estrus conception rate was lower than 40million(P<0.01). The conception rate was also no significant difference of inseminated with 50million, and 60million, 70million spermatozoa and control experiment(P>0.05), but estrus conception rate was higher than 40million(P<0.05).This result showed that estrus conception rate was enhanced with numbers of spermatozoa increased. The estrus conception is positive correlation with the spermatozoa number(R=0.9402).
