【摘要】 采用生物检测的方法研究了扁穗牛鞭草根、茎、叶等水浸液的化感作用。结果表明,不同器官的水浸液对白三叶种子萌发有不同程度的抑制作用,其中根的水浸液抑制作用最强。当提取液浓度达到0.1g/mLDM时,不同器官的水浸液对幼苗的生长也有较强的抑制作用,幼苗的形态也发生不同程度的改变。由此说明牛鞭草对白三叶种子萌发和苗期生长化感作用明显。建议用这2种牧草建立混播草地时,白三叶不宜采用种子繁殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 The allelopathy of Hemarthria compressato was studied with the aqueous extracts of H. compressa from different organs and the results indicated that the seed germination of Hemarthria compressa inhibited. The aquatic exacts from root shown the strongest effect. The exacts from different organs also inhibited the seedling growth of T. repens while the concentration was more than 0.1 g/mL DM. It could suggest that the generativ propagation was not proper for T. repensto to establish mixture grassland with H. compressa.更多还原
