【摘要】 目的　评价T形钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法　用T形钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性移位骨折 38例 ,按AO分类 :B形 2 6例 ,C形 12例。平均随访 2 3个月 (10～ 4 1个月 )。结果　术后无伤口感染、骨折延迟愈合等并发症发生。骨折愈合时间为术后 2～ 4个月 (平均 3.1个月 )。按照Neer’s肩关节功能评定标准 :优 2 6例 ,良 7例 ,可 3例 ,差 2例。结论　T形钢板对肱骨近端粉碎性骨折固定牢稳 ,并发症少 ,术后功能恢复满意 ,为一理想的内固定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of fractures of proximal end humerus by T-shape plate fixator.Methods Thirty-eight cases of proximal end fractures of humerus were treated by T-shape plate fixation,and the follow-up was 23 (10-41) months.According to Neer’s criteria,outcome was 26 cases in B grade,and 12 cases in C grade.Results The average fracture union time was 2-4 months.There was no infection,non-union or other complication.According to Neer’s criteria,the outcome was excellent in 26 cases,good in 7 cases,fair in 3 cases and poor in 2 cases.Conclusion Fractures of proximal end of humerus can be successfully treated by T-shape plate fixation,which offers firm internal fixation and satisfactory function of rehabilitation,and has a low complication rate.更多还原
