【Abstract】 Houses are the basic condition for people to live and work in peace and contentment. Today, some problems generate during the implementation of the Policy of Economically Affordable Houses, but can we just abolish such policy abruptly? The Policy of Economically Affordable Houses is not deemed to be the best, but why have so many countries in the world chosen it? Is it viable to let houses, the uncommon commodity, subject to full market application?
