偏光片用压敏胶粘剂的合成及性能研究
Study on the Preparation and the Properties of Pressure Sensitive Adhesive for Polarizer
【摘要】 采用聚合物共混改性的方法,以高、低分子量共聚物共混,使其分子量分布变宽,在保持较好的持粘力的情况下,改善初粘力和剥离强度。实验以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯为软单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯等为硬单体,以过氧化苯甲酰BPO为引发剂,甲苯和乙酸乙酯为溶剂,合成了一系列高、低分子量丙烯酸酯共聚物,再通过调节功能性单体丙烯酸AA的含量以及高、低分子量共聚物的共混配比,使压敏胶粘剂的性能得到了很好的改善。
【Abstract】 A method of polymer blending to improve performances are dopted. High and low molecular weight acrylic polymers were blended, which made the distribution of molecular weight wider. So it not only could kept good holding power of PSA, but improved tack and peel strength as well. In these experiments, butyl acrylate( BA) and ethyl acrylate( EA) were used as soft monomers, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate and n-butyl methacrylate as rigidity monomers, benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator, ethyl acetate and toluene as solvents, a series of high and low molecular weight acrylic polymers were prepared by polymerization. By adjusting the dosage of acrylate acid as the functional monomer and the blending ratio of the high and low molecular weight acrylic polymers, the performances of the PSA were improved greatly.
