六角晶系铁氧体低温烧结的研究
The Low-temperature-sintering Research of the Hexagonal Ferrites
【摘要】 介绍了片式电感用低温烧结铁氧体的现状及其发展趋势。用低温烧结六角晶系铁氧体制造的片式电感的使用频率(GHz范围)比用尖晶石铁氧体的(低于300MHz)要高,使得低温烧结六角晶系铁氧体更适于制造高频片式电感。为使铁氧体能与Ag电极共烧来制造片式电感,必须使铁氧体在较低的温度(950℃)以下烧结,实践证明通过复合添加CuO及Bi2O3是降低六角晶系铁氧体烧结温度的有效方法。
【Abstract】 The status and the development tendency of the low-temperature-sintering hexagonal ferrites used in the chip inductor were introduced . The application frequency ( GHz range) of the chip inductor made from hexagonal ferrites is much higher than that made from spinel ferrites (below 300MHz) , it makes hexagonal ferrites more suitable for fabricating higher application frequency chip inductor. In order to make the ferrites and the Ag electrode co-fired, it must keep the sintered temperature of ferrites below 950℃. Practice shows that it is an effective way to lower the sintered temperature of the hexagonal ferrites by adding mixed CuO and Bi2O3.
