【摘要】 2010年上海世博会将给上海带来新的发展机遇,同时对上海的城市交通也将 带来了巨大的挑战。研究首先分析了上海城市交通的基本状况,根据"城市让生活更 美好"的主题,分析了城市交通对实现这一美好主题、保证世博会顺利举办的关键作 用,进而提出交通让出行成为一种享受的发展目标,提出城市交通要透明化、友善化并 具有互动性和场所感的要求。根据建成一个世界城市,从长三角地区协调发展,推动 上海新城建设和促进上海沿江开发的战略出发,提出建立多模式集成交通体系,设立 家园交通区、魅力交通区、缓冲区和绿色交通区和采取"平、转、缓、集、特"的五大战略 导向。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the beginning of this paper, the performance of Shanghai urban transport system and the conventional policy orientation has been reviewed. Following the Expo theme "better city,better life" .transport will play a critical role in the success of the grand event. Better city needs the support of better transport service,so that we should minimize any suffering for the visitors coming from all over the world, during the whole process of their travel to join the event. The prerequisite for shanghai transport service should be "transparent, friendly, interactive and with the sense of a place" to make their travel be of an enjoinment. The expo also provides the impetus for the coordination of the whole Yangtze delta region and promotes the river side development along the Huangpu River. To realizing the vision of shanghai and the promise of a splendid expo, from just right now, we should establish the multi-modal transport system, instead of the conventional wisdom of a narrow engineering mind. Four transport zones-" home town, charming, buffer and green transport zone" have been identified, various instrument will be taken in each zone. The fundamental principles-"Flatting, buffering, accumulating, transferring and being of features" have also been discussed in the paper.更多还原
