共沉淀法制备的磁性MnFe2O4纳米粒子的性质
Characteristics of MnFe2O4 Nanoparticles Prepared by Coprecipitation Method
【摘要】 利用共沉淀法制备了MnFe2O4纳米磁性微粒,并将样品置于2mol/L硝酸溶液中修饰,使其表面具备电荷。用粉末X射线衍射、超导量子干涉衍射仪、穆斯堡尔谱仪及红外光谱对样品进行了表征,结果表明样品呈单相尖晶石结构,晶粒尺寸30nm,呈超顺磁性,是药物分子的良好载体。
【Abstract】 MnFe2O4 nanoparticles were prepared by coprecipitation method. The samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared (IR) spectra, Quantum Design MPMS SQUID magnetometer and MS-500 M?ssbauer spectrometer. The result shows that MnFe2O4 nanoparticles exhibit superparamagnetism. The samples were dispersed in nitric acid in order to create surface charges, so that these modified nanoparticles can be used in biological techniques.
