低温烧结MgCuZn铁氧体的特性
Characteristics of Low-temperature Sintered MgCuZn Ferrites
【摘要】 根据低温烧结MgCuZn铁氧体电磁特性的有关文献报导,重点介绍了Cu2+含量对铁氧体烧结特性以及电磁特性的影响,讨论了MgCuZn铁氧体作为多层片式电感用磁芯材料的可能性。说明在910℃下烧结,CuO含量为12mol%的MgCuZn铁氧体具有非常高的电阻率、品质因数以及良好的频率特性,是制备高性能多层片式电感器的理想材料。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the influence of Cu2+ content on the sintering and electromagnetic properties of the low-temperture sintered MgCuZn ferrite were mainly introduced by summarizing and analyzing related literatures, and the probability of using MgCuZn ferrite as the core material for multilayer chip inductors was disscussed. It was pointed out that the MgCuZn ferrite, sintered at 910℃, with CuO content of 12mol%, has extremely high electrical resistivity, excellent quality factor and favorable frequency properties, which can be used as material for high performance multilayer chip inductors.
