注射成型尼龙-铁氧体粘结磁体的SEM表征
SEM Characterization of Nylon-Ferrite Bonded Magnets by Injection Molding
【摘要】 分别以尼龙6和尼龙12作粘结剂,用注射成型法制备了铁氧体粘结磁体,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了磁体的形貌。实验结果显示,在本实验工艺条件下,能够得到包裹程度较好、致密度较大的注射成型粘结磁体。SEM是一种较好的观察注射成型粘结磁体形貌的表征方法,并能定性地说明磁体的成型性和磁性能。
【Abstract】 Bonded nylon-ferrite magnets were prepared by injection molding using nylon-6 and nylon-12 as binder, respectively. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that ferrite magnetic powders can be completely packaged by nylon resins and compact bonded magnets can be prepared under given processing conditions. SEM is an ideal method to characterize bonded magnets by injection molding.
