Ni基玻璃包覆合金微丝的组织与电磁性能分析

【摘要】 介绍了玻璃包覆金属微丝制备工艺,通过扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射对Ni基玻璃包覆合金微丝进行了组织和结构分析;并进行微波电磁参数测定与吸波涂层电设计。结果表明,由于这种制备工艺的独特性,所制备的Ni基玻璃包覆合金微丝具有纳米级(50~100nm)晶粒尺寸,并具有特殊的电磁性能,在吸波材料方面具有潜在的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Technological aspects of the Taylor–Ulitovsky method for fabricating glass-coated microwires were introduced, and the pilot study of the microstructure of Ni-based microwires was conducted by SEM, TEM and X-Ray diffraction. Moreover, the permeability and permittivity were measured in the range of microwave. Nanocrystallites were obtained with special electromagnetic parameters, which exhibits potential applications in absorbing material.
