麦秸/硬石膏板复合墙体的研究

【摘要】 研究了麦秸/硬石膏板复合墙体的制造工艺。试验结果表明:用平压法工艺市以生产出性能较好的麦秸墙体保温材料,其导热系数随着麦秸墙体保温材料密度的增加而增加;用圆网成型湿法工艺生产硬石膏板是可行的,在硬石膏中需加入复合激发剂,加速其水化硬化;麦秸墙体保温材料与硬石膏板的复合可以采用连接件结合或粘接的方法。

【Abstract】 The manufacture technology of complex wall material from wheat straw and hard plasterboard was researched. The test results showed: the heat insulation wall material of wheat straw produced by flat-press process had better properties,among which the heat conductivity increased as the density rised ;manufacturing hard plasterboard by wet process with cylider forming was feasible,and adding a compound activating additive into hard plaster was necessary to accelerate its hydration and hardening;and the combination of heat insulation wall material of wheat straw with hard plasterboard could be done by means of connecting parts or a proper adhesive.
