低温胁迫对阿月浑子抗寒生理指标的影响

【摘要】 以4个阿月浑子(PistaciaveraL.)不同品种为试验材料,通过人工冷冻处理,对枝条相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)等指标进行了研究。结果表明,这4个品种的抗寒性具有明显差异性,其中以Larnaka抗寒能力最强,其次为‘B’、Kerman,Sirora抗寒能力最差。SOD、POD、MDA含量随着温度的降低而呈现出先上升后下降的变化规律。低温下耐寒性强的品种能保持较高的SOD和POD酶活性和较低的MDA含量,因此,SOD、POD、MDA在一定程度上能反映阿月浑子抗寒性的大小,可作为其抗寒性评价指标。

【Abstract】 The electrolyte leakage,activities of Superoxide dimutase(SOD) and Peroxidase (POD) and the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) were studied in this paper.The result showed that cold resistance of these varieties had conspicuous difference.The cold resistance of Larnaka were the strongest followed by ’B’ and Kerman and the Sirora were the weakest.The activities of SOD and POD and the content of MDA turned out to have different changes under different freezing temperature.The high cold resistant Pistachio variety showed the higher activities of SOD and POD, lower MDA content.The concentration of SOD,POD and the content of MDA can be used as indexes to judge the ability of cold resistant in pistachios.
