【摘要】 以3种不同矮化中间砧(B9、M26、SH38)红富士苹果为试材,研究了果实细胞数目、果实大小和幼果发育期间果实内源激素的变化。结果表明:不同矮化中间砧影响果实大小和果实细胞数目,并没有影响果实细胞分裂次数(均为4次);不同矮化中间砧果实内IAA、GA3、ZR变化趋势相同,但含量不同,大部分时期以B9、M26为中间砧的红富士苹果幼果内IAA、ZR、GA3含量高于以SH38为中间砧的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cell numbers of the fruits of Red Fuji apple on different dwarfing interstocks (B₉, M₂₆ and SH₃₈) were investigated and changes of endogenous hormone contents in fruits were studied during the fruitlet development period. The results indicated that different dwarfing interstocks influenced the cell numbers of fruits but did not change the times of cell division in fruits. And they did not affect the changing trends of endogenous hormone contents in the fruits of Red Fuji apple but influenced the contents. For most part of the period, contents of IAA,GA₃,and ZR in the fruits on B₉ and M₂₆ were markedly higher than those of Red Fuij apple on SH38.The relationship between endogenous hormones and cell division in fruits was discussed.更多还原
