水分胁迫对不同抗旱性小麦品种光合特性及产量性状的影响

【摘要】 以河农859和豫麦49为材料,在不同水分处理下研究了2个品种功能叶的光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(TR)和产量性状。结果表明,在拔节期、灌浆前期和生育后期,各处理0~20cm、20~40cm土层分别处于不同程度的水分胁迫条件下,叶片Pn和TR一般以河农859的较高,且其叶片Pn和TR下降百分率均小于豫麦49。2个品种叶片的Pn和TR均以春季浇2水(拔节水+灌浆水)的S3处理具有优势。从产量性状分析,河农859籽粒产量明显高于豫麦49,其浇2水的S3处理比浇1水(拔节水)的S2处理增产,但差异不显著;而豫麦49S3处理的产量显著高于S2处理和S1处理(冻水+拔节水)。表明河农859抗旱性较强,有限供应的水分就能使其获得较高的产量,而豫麦49只有在供水充足的条件下才能发挥其高产潜力。

【Abstract】 Under different water treatments, leaf photosynthetic rate (P_n), transpiration rate (TR) and yield characters of two wheat cultivars, Henong 859 and Yumai 49 were studied. The main results showed that under different extent of water stress in the soil layers 0~20 cm and 20~40 cm, leaf P_n and TR in Henong 859 was higher than in Yumai 49. Leaf P_n in Henong 859 was less influenced by irrigation, and its leaf P_n and TR decreasing percentage under water stress was less than that of Yumai 49. Leaf P_n and TR of the two cultivars were all superior in the treatment S3 with two times of irrigation (irrigating at stem elongation and grain filling stage respectively). The grain yield of Henong 859 was higher than that of Yumai 49. For the cultivar Henong 859, the grain yield of the treatment S3 was higher than that of S2 (only one irrigation at stem elongation stage), but the grain yield difference between the two treatments was not significant statistically. For the cultivar Yumai 49, however, the grain yield of S3 was significantly higher than those of S2 and S1 (irrigating two times, before over-winter and at stem elongation stage respectively). These results demonstrated that, Henong 859 was a cultivar with strong drought resistance, and it could reach higher yield under limited water supply conditions, while Yumai 49 only exerted its high yield potential with suitable water supply condition.
