红外半导体电热膜的研制及其在显微实验中的应用
Development of the electric - heated membrane of infrared semiconductor and its application in the microscope experiment
【摘要】 通常情况下,利用显微镜只能对检验物进行常温下的观察与测量,而不能对其在较高温度下进行观察和测量。将半导体电热膜技术与红外加热技术相结合,采用蒸镀法的镀膜技术,将载玻片制成可加热膜电阻,以实现在较高温度下(升温或降温过程)对检验物的观察、测量及分析研究,为物理学、化学、生物学、医学等学科的教学与科研提供新的基础研究方法和手段。
【Abstract】 Generally, microscopes can only be used to observe and measure the examined objects in a normal atmospheric temperature instead of a higher temperature. This research, combining the electric - heated membrane technology of the semiconductor and infrared heating technology, applying the steamed - membrane technology, attempts to make electric - heated membrane of infrared semiconductor out of glass slice so that the examined objects can be observed, measured and analyzed in a higher temperature, thus offering a new basic research approach and means to teaching and research in such disciplines as physics, chemistry, biology and medical science.
