高速圆柱滚子轴承零件间相互作用力瞬态动力学分析
Transient Dynamics Analysis on Interaction Between Components of High Speed Cylindrical Roller Bearings
【摘要】 高速圆柱滚子轴承的动态性能直接关系到其配套主机的工作性能和可靠性,研究轴承零件间相互作用力是对其进行瞬态动力学分析和计算机仿真的基础。在研究滚动轴承内部各元件相互运动和相互作用关系的基础上,利用滚动轴承摩擦学、弹性流体力学、润滑理论以及轴承动力学等理论,对高速圆柱滚子轴承零件的相互作用力动态特性进行了瞬态动力学解析。
【Abstract】 The dynamic performances of the high speed cylindrical roller bearings are directly relate to the performances and reliability of main-machine,and the study on the interaction of the bearing components is the foundation of transient dynamic analysis and computer simulation.Based on the study on mutual motions and mutual actions,the transient dynamic analysis on the dynamic performances of interaction forces of the high speed cylindrical roller bearing components is made in the tribology,elastic hydrodynamics,lubrication theory and dynamics theory etc.
