深沟球轴承径向游隙引起的钢球通过振动的分析
Analysis on Steel Balls Passing Vibration Carsed by Radial Clearance in Deep Groove Ball Bearing
【摘要】 在低速、轻载工况下钢球通过径向载荷所对的位置时 ,深沟球轴承的内圈将产生由轴承自身几何结构所引起的径向振动———“钢球通过振动”。推导出了该振动位移量和频率的计算公式 ;分析了振动的规律和特性。并将之与另一类钢球通过振动———由轴承零件弹性接触变形所引起的内圈径向振动进行了对比分析。
【Abstract】 The cause,regularity and characteristics of the steel ball passing vibration are analyzed for ball bearings under lower speed and light load.The calculation formula of displacement and frequency of the vibration are deduced,the comparing analysis between the steel ball passing vibration and radial vibration produced by elastic contact deformation of the bearing components is made.
