【Abstract】 The technique of Eustoma grandiflorum rapid propagation was studied in this paper. The results indicate that suitable proliferation medium was MS+BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L, in which its average proliferation can reached to 6.7 times for 30d and that suitable rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.6mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L, in which its rooting rate exceeded 85%.更多还原
