【摘要】 目的评价超声、CT对恶性胆道梗阻性疾病的临床诊断价值,探讨肝内、外恶性胆道梗阻的超声、CT诊断与鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析58例恶性胆道梗阻患者的超声、CT表现,并与手术病理及临床结果对照。结果本组58例患者恶性胆道梗阻超声定位诊断准确率为95%,定性诊断率为90%;CT定位诊断准确率为91%,定性诊断率为83%。结论超声对恶性胆道梗阻定性、定位诊断正确率优于CT,是一种有效的非侵袭性检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of US,CT in diagnosis malignant biliary obstruction,and their value in differential diagnosis.Methods 58 pationts with clinical signs of malignant biliary obstruction underwent US and CT and compared with the surgical,pathological and clinical result.Results The accuracy of US in evaluating the site of obstruction was 95% and that of the cause of obstruction was 90%.The accuracy of CT in evaluating the site of obstruction was 91% and that of the cause of obstruction was 83%.Conclusions The diagnostic accuracy of US in evaluating the site and nature of malignant biliary obstrution is superior to that of CT.US and CT is an effective and noninvasive technique in diagnosing malignant biliary obstrution.更多还原
