【摘要】 目的探讨宫角妊娠的超声诊断价值。方法分析了23例经手术病理证实为宫角妊娠的声像图表现。结果根据声像图表现,宫角妊娠分为三种类型:胚囊型10例;不均质包块型6例;破裂型7例。结论超声检查对宫角妊娠有很高的诊断价值并可协助临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cornual pregnancy.Methods The sonographic characteristics in 23 cases with cornual pregnancy and confirmed by pathology were analyzed.Results According to the ultrasonic image findings,23 cases of cornual pregnancy were classified into three types:gestational cystic type were 10 cases,heterogeneous mass type 6 cases and ruptured type 7 cases.Conclusions Ultrasonography is a valuable method for early diagnosing and treating of the cornual pregnancy.更多还原
