【摘要】 目的探讨应用经阴道超声检查对早期宫外孕的诊断价值。方法对临床疑诊为宫外孕但经腹部超声检查不明确的186例患者进行经阴道超声检查,记录宫外孕肿块超声图像、彩色血流特点及彩色血流阻力指数。结果经阴道超声诊断结合血液HCG检查结果诊断早期宫外孕179例,漏诊7例,超声诊断符合率96.2%。结论经阴道超声检查,对早期宫外孕的诊断具有重要的价值,为诊断早期宫外孕的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic v al ue of transvaginal ultrasound (GVUS) in earlier period of ectopic pregnancy.[WT 5”HZ]Methods A total of 186 patients with doubtful clinical diagno sis of ectopic pregnancy underwent TVUS after abdominal ultrasound examination(A US),the images of ectopic pregnancy,the features gure of colour blood flow and t he resistent index were recorded and analysed.Results Of the 186 patients 179 patients with earlier period of ectopic pregnancy were dia gnosed on TVUS and 7 patients were misdiagnosed,the accordance rate of ultrasou nd diagnoses was 96.2%.
