【摘要】 目的研究超声对胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了在过去一年里我院收治的22例胎儿畸形,孕妇经腹扫查,观察其声像图特征并进行分析。结果22例胎儿畸形中产前诊断与产后完全符合19例,漏诊3例。单发畸形14例,复合畸形4例,多器官畸形4例。所有患者均经正常分娩或引产后尸检证实。结论超声可实时观察宫内胎儿各器官发育情况,不仅能确定胎儿有无畸形,而且能对胎儿畸形的类型明确诊断,对临床有重要的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the ultrasonographic diagnostic value of fetal deformities.Methods A total of 22 fetal deformity cases were diagnosed with ultrasonography within one year the pregnant women underwent transabdominal sonography(TAS)and the ultrasonic characteristics of fetal deformity were analysed retrospectively.Results Prenatal diagnosis of the 22 deformity fetuses was the same as the postpartal.Three cases were missdiagnosed.Fourteen cases were with single deformity and four cases with complicated.Four cases had deformaties in many organs.The deformities in all of the above fetuses were proved after eigher natural birth or induced aboriton and some cases varjfied by autopsies.Conclusions All the fetal orgams can be visualized on sonograms.Ultrasound can not only detect the presence of deformities,but also can indicate the variety of deformities,and it is invaluable for fetal deformity diagnosis.更多还原
