【摘要】 目的描述脂肪瘤及脂肪坏死的超声表现,比较两种病变的图像特征,探讨超声对皮下脂肪瘤及脂肪坏死的鉴别诊断价值。方法经手术及病理结果对照的20例皮下脂肪瘤及10例脂肪坏死的病例,对它们的彩超结果进行了回顾性分析和总结。结果归纳出了脂肪坏死及脂肪瘤的超声图像特征。结论两种位于皮下的软组织疾病,图像很有特点,超声对它们有肯定的鉴别诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We describe the sonographic f eatu res of lipoma and fatty necrosis in order to evaluate the practical roles of CDF I in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of them. Methods A retrospective review of 20cases with subcutaneo us lipoma and 10 cases with fatty necrosis proved by surgery and pathology was a nalyzed. Results Fatty necrosis and lipoma were all subcutaneous d iseases and had their own sonographic characteristics.Subcutaneous lipomas usual ly appeared as hypoechoic ellipse or elongated contours.Their longest axises wer e parallel to the skin and most of their roundness index were lager than 2.5,wh ereas the index of fatty necrosis was less than 1.5.Generally,they were spherica l with well-defined low-immer echoes and with attenuation behind. Conclusions CDFI has affirmative value in the differentia tion of the two diseases.更多还原
