【摘要】 目的探讨小儿睾丸肿瘤的超声表现及超声在小儿睾丸肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对39例小儿睾丸肿瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声图像进行回顾性分析,均经手术、病理证实。结果在39例小儿睾丸肿瘤中,以生殖细胞肿瘤所占比例最高,占87.2%(34/39例),其中卵黄囊瘤(占50%)的声像图多表现为实质不均质型,内可有少许液性成份,血供较丰富。良性畸胎瘤(占47.1%)大多表现为以囊性成份为主的团块,内有钙化灶。其余5/39例分别为白血病睾丸浸润(2例)、表皮样囊肿(2例)及睾丸间质细胞瘤(1例)。结论超声诊断小儿睾丸肿瘤具有较高的临床应用价值及便捷、无创伤,是诊断小儿睾丸肿瘤的首选影像学检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate ultrasonographic value in the diagnosis of testicular tumors in children.Methods High-frequency ultrasound findings and CDFI were retrospectively studied in 39 children with testicular tumors confirmed by post-surgical pathology.Results In all the cases,the germinoma reached 87.2%(34/39),among which the yolk sac tumors reached 50% with inhomogeneous lesions and rich blood supplies.The ultrasonograms in most benign teratomas were anechoic patterns with calcifications in the lesions.The rest 2 cases with testicular tumors were caused by leukemia.Epidermal cysts were in 2 cases and Leydig cell tumor in 1 case.Conclusions Ultrasonography is the first-choice method in the diagnosis of testicular tumors in children.更多还原
