【摘要】 目的探讨实时超声图像对艾滋病儿童腹部的临床价值。方法30例儿童HIV抗体阳性,经确认试验证实者。应用二维超声对肝脏、胆囊、脾脏、肾脏进行观察。结果艾滋病儿童肝大9例,胆囊增大3例,脾大5例,双肾集合系统分离1例。结论超声检查十分适用于儿科。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of real-time abdominal ultrasonography in AIDS children. Methods The antibodies of HIV in 30 AIDS children were confirmed positively by trials. The characteristics of the liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidneys were observed on 2-D ultrasonography. Results Of the 30 AIDS children, there were nine patients with hepatomegaly, three cases with enlarged gallbladder, five with splenomegaly and one case with bilateral separated collective system. Conclusions Ultrasonography is very useful for pediatrics in AIDS detection.更多还原
