【摘要】 目的　探讨影像检查在乳腺癌诊断中的应用及其价值。方法　对5 0例经临床手术病理证实的乳腺癌患者的影像学检查资料(包括彩色多普勒超声、数字乳腺钼靶片及CT)进行回顾性分析,总结每项检查对乳腺癌的诊断方法及影像综合诊断过程中应注意的问题。结果　乳腺癌的彩色多普勒超声、数字钼靶片、CT的诊断正确率分别为90 %、82 %、74 % ,三者结合的诊断正确率为10 0 %。结论　影像综合检查对乳腺癌的早期发现、确诊及制订治疗方案具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of imaging examinations for breast carcinoma.Methods Fifty patients with breast carcinoma were all confirmed by surgery and histopathological examinations.All the patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography and digital mammography as well as CT.Results The positive diagnostic rates of color Doppler ultrasonography,digital mammography and CT were 90%,82% and 74%,respectively.The positive diagnostic rate of color Doppler ultrasonography combined with digital mammography and CT was 100%.Conclusions The combined imaging examinations has important value for the discovery,diagnosis and treatment of breast carcinoma.更多还原
