【摘要】 目的　探讨超声诊断肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的价值。方法　对经临床手术及病理证实的 16例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的超声检查资料进行回顾性分析 ,总结其声像图特征 ,提出鉴别诊断。结果　肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的声像图特征为 :肿块一般较大 (3～ 5 cm) ,边界清楚而回声较强 ,形态规则 ,中心常发生液化坏死 ,血流信号丰富。结论　超声对肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断具有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography for adrenal pheochromocytoma.Methods The ultrasonograms of sixteen patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma were studied.All these patients were confirmed by surgery and histopathological examinations.Results The adrenal pheochromocytoma has definite ultrasonographic features such as larger tumor masses with clear rim,hyperechoes,regular profiles and liquefied necrosis.The blood flow signal was very vascular.Conclusions Ultrasonography has definite value in the diagnosis of adrenal pheochromocytoma.更多还原
