【摘要】 目的　探讨经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像对输卵管间质部妊娠诊断与鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法　对经手术和病理已证实的 33例输卵管间质部妊娠二维图像、血流分布及频谱特征进行回顾性分析。结果　超声声像图表现为典型孕囊型 (6例 )、不典型孕囊型 (5例 )和包块型 (2 2例 )三种类型。 11例停经 <7周输卵管间质部妊娠孕囊未破裂的术前超声正确诊断 10例 ,1例误诊为宫角妊娠 ;2 2例停经 >7周输卵管间质部妊娠孕囊流产 /破裂 ,术前超声正确诊断 16例 ,6例诊断为宫外孕 ,但未准确定位 ,诊断正确率 78.9%。结论　经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像对输卵管间质部妊娠早期诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (TVCDU) to diagnose interstitial Tubal pregnancy.Methods Thirty-three cases with interstitial tubal pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed according to the characteristics of two-dimensional ultrasonography together with TVCDU.Results Sixty cases of cornual pregnancy were classified into three groups:(1) typical ultrasonographic features of normal pregnancy but mal-positioned (six cases),with the diagnostic accuracy of 100%(6/6);(2) atypical ultrasonographic features of normal pregnancy and mal-positioned (five cases),with diagnostic accuracy of 80%(4/5);(3) abnormal masses adhere to the horn of the uterus (22 cases),with the diagnostic accuracy of 72.7%(16/22).Conclusions TVCDU is useful for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of interstitial tubal pregnancy.更多还原
