【Abstract】 This article introduces and comments on the planning theories in the new research of western countries which are related to equal distribution of resources,comparing the characteristics of them,making a clear clue of the logic relations between them,affirming the essential function of public participation on the basis of balanced power and demonstrates the innovation in planning method of Communicative Planning Theory and New Urbanism Theory.Then,this article explores the inspirations and possible practice guides of these planning theories to promoting social justice by urban planning under the special urban planning backgrounds in China.更多还原
