基于线结构光的轮对踏面测量方法研究

【摘要】 及时、高精度地测量列车轮对表面参数对铁路安全运输非常重要。尽管激光扫描测量法具有测量精度高和不易于磨损的优点,但目前国内外采用该方法测量车轮踏面时,实际测量精度和效果均不理想。提出一种基于激光线扫描测量法的轮对表面参数测量方法。系统基于三角测量原理,利用2个面阵CCD(Charge-coupleddevice)摄像机,获取来自被照射部分车轮表面的"散射"光图像。通过图像识别、特征提取、数据处理等方法,快速获取轮对踏面的参数。实验研究表明,该列车轮对踏面参数测量方法具有检测速度快、精度高的特点。

【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> For the safety of the railroad transportation, it is necessary to measure the parameters of the wheel tread in time and with high precision. Even with the advantages of high measurement precision and not easy to wear for the method, the practical measurement result of the linear structured light is not satisfying. A new approach for surface parameter measuring of wheel tread with linear structured laser scanning is put forward. The measurement system is based on triangulation measuring principle. Two matrix charge-coupled devices cameras are used to capture the image scattering from the tread by the projected laser light. Through image recognition, feature collection and data processing, the three dimensional parameters of wheel tread can be rapidly acquired. A 650 nm wavelength Linear Laser Class ⅢA is used. The experiment shows this method in high precision and high speed.
