【Abstract】 Fairness and justice are the chief value and the intrinsic requirement for a harmonious society and also the ideal aim that human being has been pursuing.Seen from the humanist point of view,the primary principles for a harmonious society are: basic equal right principle,equal opportunity principle,and equal distribution principle.When constructing a harmonious society,democracy and law should be strengthened so as to achieve equal basic right;everything should be considered from man-centered point of view and judicature consummated so as to achieve opportunity fairness;and finally,social distribution system should be perfected so as to achieve equality of results.更多还原
