多孔隙水泥稳定碎石排水基层设计与施工
Design and Construction of Porous Cement Treated Permeable Base
【摘要】 结合深圳龙大高速公路实体工程,对多孔隙水泥稳定碎石排水基层进行了设计、材料及施工研究,通过室内试验,分析了不同因素对排水基层强度的影响。从保证排水基层功能出发,选用了合适的配合比,修筑了试验路,进行了相关检测,并就施工工艺进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 It is commonly recognized that a good subsurface drainage layer can efficiently intercept and(discharge) free water laterally away from the pavement.In the paper,the design and construction of porous cement treated permeable base(CTPB) is researched together with Long-Da highway project in(Shenzhen).By comparison and analysis of the results of experiments,the properties of permeable materials such as(compressive) strength,coefficient of permeability,void rate are investigated,and proper gradation and(proportioning) is presented.At the same time,a subsurface drainage test section is constructed for the(routine) controlling and some key technologies of construction methods also are presented in the paper.
