堆焊金属中TiC的形成机理
Mechanism of TiC Formation in Bead Welding Metal
【摘要】 对堆焊金属中Ti的过渡效率进行了试验研究,发现当含C量一定时,堆焊金属中Ti的过渡效率系数可提高40%~50%;如果利用稀土作脱氧剂,当含C量满足合金元素形成碳化物的前提下,则堆焊金属中Ti的过渡效率系数可提高60%~70%。可见,在结晶过程中形成的TiC提高了堆焊金属的硬度、耐磨性、耐热性和高温强度,可大大地降低堆焊焊条的成本。
【Abstract】 Experimental research has been conducted on the transition efficiency of Ti in bead welding metal and found that the coefficient of transition efficiency of Ti can be raised to about 40~50 percent with fixed amount of C, and to about 60%~70% if rare-earth was added as deoxidizer with enough amount of C to (carbonize) the alloying element. Thus formed TiC during crystallization can increase the hardness, (wearability,) thermal resistance and high-temperature intensity of bead welding metal, which can greatly lower the cost of bead welding rod.
