【摘要】 搞好城市交通的关键是搞好公共交通,而搞好公共交通的关键在于提高对小汽车的竞争力。境外近些年来对如何有效发展路面公共交通进行了大量的理论研究和实践探索,并形成了BRT的新概念。因此,要鼓励在中国消化吸收境外的好经验,通过探索BRT来推动中国公共交通快速健康发展。同时,引用波哥大和香港两地成功发展公交的经验,说明BRT不仅仅是专用道、车辆、站台等的建设问题,还要十分重视配套的交通需求管理措施和高水平的公共交通运营与管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the detailed analysis on the successful experience from Bogota and Hong Kong, this paper discussed the key elements for developing urban public transport in conditions of China, and concluded that BRT should be considered as a strategic concept to facility urban public transport instead of a purely engineering project, the powerful politic measures to manage traffic demand, and modernized public transport operation are two supports of the bridge: BRT.更多还原
