【摘要】 随着机动化程度的进一步提高,小汽车快速进入普通居民家庭,停车难成为中国大城市日益突出的交通问题,停车矛盾也将变得更加尖锐。通过介绍芬兰首都赫尔辛基市的停车管理经验以及取得的效果,对国内大中城市的停车策略和现状展开了深入的思考,提出停车政策必须和动态交通政策等其他相关政策协调起来,并给出了国内停车发展的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Parking problem is standing out of traffic problems in Chinese big cities. With the more elevation of mechanization extent as well as the boom of cars coming into ordinary inhabitant families, parking problem is becoming more and more acute. This paper gives a deep thought about Chinese parking policy and status by referencing to the parking strategy of Finn capital--Helsinki and its good effects. Then it puts forward that parking policy must correspond to the other correlative policies, such as the dynamic traffic policies etc.. Basing on the consideration above, some advices are given to Chinese parking development strategies.更多还原
