智能结构振动主动控制实时测控系统研制
Development of Real-Time Measuring-Controlling System for Smart Structure Active Vibration Control
【摘要】 利用实时测控系统,对智能结构振动信号进行采样、滤波、数据分析,并经输出作动器的动作指令抑制其振动.介绍了由TM S320VC 33 DSP与PC机构建的主从式振动主动控制实时测控系统的硬件结构和软件设计,设计的实时测控系统软件可完成受控对象的建模、系统参数辨识、控制律仿真以及传感器/作动器的位置优化等.运行结果证实了测控系统软、硬件设计的正确性和有效性及良好的工作稳定性.
【Abstract】 Taking advantage of the real-time measuring controlling system, the smart structural vibration signal can be sampled, filtered, analyzed and the smart structural vibration will also get to be controlled and suppressed in real-time. This paper introduces the hardware structure and software design of a host and slave type of vibration active control real-time measuring-controlling system composed of TMS320 VC33 digital signal processor and personal computer. The real-time measuring and control software can be used to model the system, to identify system parameters to control law simulation and to optimize sensor and actuator place is correct valid and stable.
