【Abstract】 This paper analyses the changes of Chinese export commodity structure in recent several years and the reasons of the upgrading of Chinese export commodity structure from three aspects: Factor Endowment, the advancement of science and technology and Foreign Direct Investment and also analyses the existing problems from the above three aspects.
