Bi2212单晶中Pb和Y的掺杂效应
Effects of Pb and Y doping in Bi2212 Single Crystals
【摘要】 采用自助溶剂固态反应法制备出Bi2212及其Pb和Y掺杂单晶。X射线衍射图表明,除 001峰外,没有杂相峰;其晶体结构参数计算表明,随着Pb和Y掺杂量的增加,晶体c-轴常数减 小。c-轴方向的电阻-温度曲线则显示其超导转变温度为90K左右。
【Abstract】 We have successfully fabricated Pb and Y doping Bi2212 single crystals using self - flux solid state reaction method. X - ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of the single crystals shows that there is no peak except (001) peak. The calculated lattice parameter indicates that the c - axis length decreases with the increasing of Pb and Y contents. The temperature dependence of out- of- plane resistivity shows that the transition temperature is about 90K.
