【Abstract】 We have successfully fabricated Pb and Y doping Bi2212 single crystals using self - flux solid state reaction method. X - ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of the single crystals shows that there is no peak except (001) peak. The calculated lattice parameter indicates that the c - axis length decreases with the increasing of Pb and Y contents. The temperature dependence of out- of- plane resistivity shows that the transition temperature is about 90K.更多还原
