【Abstract】 This paper finds that decentralization reform drives the change of China’s local administra tive region division. There are two main practices in the reform, one is to incorporate the county into a metropolis as a district, and the other is to enlarge the county’s authority to promote local development Based on both characteristics and theoretical analysi of two practices, it researches the mechanism of the evolvement under the current political and economic background.更多还原
