【摘要】 通过北京通州星湖工业区规划案例,归纳出面向水环境的城市设计与开发控制的基本程序为:1)提出与水环境设施相结合的规划结构;2)规划与公共开放空间与景观规划相结合的雨水组织(收集、运移)和雨水净化系统;3)设计、计算符合基地条件、与竖向规划相结合的雨水运移系统,选择具有蓄滞洪、景观复合功能的雨水净化系统;4)挖掘减少非渗水面积率设计方法,并制定规划政策以鼓励采纳减少非渗水面积率的各项措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents how ecologicallysustainable strategies can be appropriately translatedinto concrete water sensitive approaches to urbandesign and development applicable to industrial parkon the outskirt of Beijing. It summarizes 4 major stepsin design and development control: (1) proposing anintegrated structure by incorporating storm-water in-frastructure into the land-use and transport system;(2) extending the functionality of public space byincorporating storm-water conveyance, treatment anddetention systems into recreational space and land-scape design; (3) devising innovative rainwater openchannels and constructed wetlands through calcula-tion based on the existing topography and gradingdesign and; (4) launching incentive planning policies or zoning ordinances for adopting any means of mini-mizing the impervious coverage in implementation.更多还原
