CPLD器件在电力电子保护系统中的应用
Application of CPLD in the Power Electronic Protective System
【摘要】 介绍电力电子系统中的保护电路,提出利用复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)实现电力电子系统各种保护信号与脉冲宽度调制信号的逻辑组合方法,论述CPLD在电力电子系统保护中的可行性和优越性.实验结果表明用CPLD器件实现的电力电子保护系统具有集成度高、灵活性强、可靠性高、易于维护、升级和扩展等特点.
【Abstract】 In the paper, several protective circuits of power electronic systems are introduced in detail, and the logic configuration method of the protective signals from power electronic systems and pulse-width-modulation(PWM) signals from ADMC401 is implement based on complicated programmable logic device(CPLD). The authors discuss the feasibility and superiority of CPLD in power electronic safeguards. Experiment results show that the protective system of power electronics based on CPLD has high integration, good flexibility and better reliability and thus it is easy to maintain, update and expand.
