【摘要】 农民工作为城市的建设者,为城市的繁荣做出了巨大的贡献,但农民工在城市中却备受歧视,如在政治平等权、经济平等权、社会平等权、人格尊严等方面都受到歧视。究其原因主要是我国现行的户籍制度阻碍了农民工享有与城市居民平等的权利。我国应当从实际情况出发,彻底改革现行的户籍制度,实行迁徙自由,从而保证农民工的平等权。更多还原
