【Abstract】 In initial period of founding of China, the Party’s organization construction was adjusted in time to adapt to the change of situation and task, made a lot of exploration and accumulated a lot of successful experience in such four aspects as consolidating organization construction around political line, combination of adjustment and establishment, establishing different secretaries in different areas and launching political movement from up to down.更多还原
