【摘要】 目的探讨不同的乳腺癌介入化疗途径对患侧上肢功能的影响。方法采用Seldinger法经皮尺动脉和股动脉两种途径穿刺,将导管置入锁骨下动脉与胸廓内动脉开口处的近端,注入化疗药物,观察两种介入途径患侧上肢出现的并发症。结果经尺动脉途径患侧上肢并发症明显多于经股动脉途径。结论乳腺癌经股动脉途径介入化疗优于经尺动脉途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the function of the trouble side of upper limbs with different channel of arterial infusion chemotherapy in breast cancer.Methods Using Seldinger techeque by arteria femoralis and arteria ulnaris, a catheter was placed on the proximal side of the juntion of subclavicular artery and the top of interathoracicartery via corlicaus, the chemotherapeutic drugs were instilled. Observe the complication of the trouble side of upper limbs.Results The complication of the trouble side of upper limbs by the arteria ulnaris channel,was more obvious than go through arteria femoralis.Conclusion The arterial infusion chemotherapy in breast cancer by the arteria temoralis is better than that by arteria ulnaris.更多还原
