【摘要】 目的探讨紧急气道处理在重型颅脑外伤急救中的作用和临床意义。方法回顾性分析2000~2004年在急救现场和急诊室抢救的重型颅脑外伤105例临床资料。结果经过早期紧急气道处理并辅助呼吸,改善呼吸状况,纠正缺氧,提高动脉血氧饱和度和氧合指数,增加患者手术机会,降低早期死亡率。结论对重型颅脑外伤患者保持呼吸道通畅及加强辅助呼吸是院前急救,甚至整个抢救的首要环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of airway management in the first aid of acute severe craniocerebral injury.Methods One hundred and five cases of acute severe craniocerebral injury salvaged in first-aid locale and emergency room were analyzed retrospectively.Results The chance of secondarily necessary operation was increased,while early mortality was decreased after urgent airway management and early assistant breath which improved breath,hypoxaemia and increased the values of PaO₂ and PaO₂/FiO₂.Conclusion Holding airway open and intensifying assistant breath dominate the prehospital salvage,even the whole salvage process of acute severe craniocerebral injury.更多还原
