【摘要】 目的探讨严重脑损害患者临终前出现的高血糖的临床意义。方法回顾性总结和分析我科38例死亡前出现高血糖的严重脑损害患者的临床特征,包括患者年龄、性别、GCS评分、有无糖尿病基础、是否合并多器官系统功能衰竭、临终前血糖水平、胰岛素控制的疗效、临终前高血糖出现时间与死亡的关系。结果此38例患者在死亡前24~48h内出现异常增高且难以有效控制的高血糖。结论提出“临终前高血糖”,可用于提示严重脑损害患者即将死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical meaning of the hyperglycemia occurring at the end-of-life of the patients with severe brain damage.Methods The clinical features of 38 patients with severe brain damage at their end-of-life in our neurosurgery department were analyzed retrospectively,including the age,gender,GCS score,diabetes history,multiple system organ failure(MSOF),last blood sugar level,curative effect of insulin control,relationship of the time of the hyperglycemia and the death.Results Hyperglycemia occurred for all these 38 patients at their end-of-life.The blood-sugar-level increased abnormally and was hard to be well controlled.Conclusion "Hyperglycemia at the end-of-life" suggests and the possibility of patient with severe brain damage closing to death.更多还原
