【摘要】 目的检测PTEN、p27kip1在非小细胞肺癌组织的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测70例非小细胞肺癌患者标本PTEN、p27kip1的表达。结果PTEN蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中阳性表达率为51.43%(36/70),p27kip1在非小细胞肺癌中阳性表达率为47.14%(33/70),表达率均显著低于癌旁正常支气管上皮;PTEN、p27kip1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达与淋巴结转移负相关;PTEN与分化程度正相关;PTEN与p27kip1的表达呈正相关。结论PTEN、p27kip1异常表达可能共同或单独参与非小细胞肺癌的发生、演变,对判断预后有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of PTEN,p27 kip1 protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect expression of PTEN,p27 kip1 in 70 cases NSCLC.Results The expression of PTEN protein in NSCLC was 51.43(36/70),and that of p27 kip1 was 47.14%(33/70).The rates were markedly lower than there in normal bronchial epithelium (NBE). The lower expression of PTEN and p27 kip1 were associated with lymph node metastasis, and PTEN in cancer cell was correlated with the degree of cancer cell differentiation, moreover positive correlation was found between the expression of PTEN and p27 kip1 in NSCLC.Conclusion The low regulation of PTEN and p27 kip1 expression are correlated with the development and prognosis of NSCLC.Expression of PTEN and p27 kip1 in NSCLC may be helpful to evaluate and predict the prognosis of NSCLC.更多还原
