【摘要】 目的　评价术前动脉灌注化疗在乳腺癌治疗中的作用。方法　采用 Seldinger法经皮尺动脉穿刺,将导管置入锁骨下动脉与胸廓内动脉开口处,注入化疗药物,观察肿块的缩小情况。结果　本组27例, 经介入治疗后CR2例,PR22例,总有效率(CR+PR)为88.89%。结论　动脉内灌注化疗对局部晚期乳腺癌及复发性乳腺癌有较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To appraise the effect of preoperative catheterization chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods According to Seldinger method, catheter was put into the opening of subclavian artery and thoracic internal artery through subcutaneous ulnar artery puncture,then chemotherapeutic drugs were given and the shrinkage status of the breast lumps were observed.Results Of 27 cases of advanced breast cancer undergone catheterization chemotherapy,2 cases were CR,22 cases were PR,and total effective rate (CR+PR) was 88.89%.Conclusion Catheterization chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of local advanced or relapsed breast cancer.更多还原
