【摘要】 目的　在头影测量分析中将SN平面沿N点旋转一定角度后用于替代眶耳平面(FH平面),本研究旨在确定旋转的角度,并评价其可靠性。方法　选择185例重庆籍正常样本,所有样本拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,计算机头影测量分析软件测量FH平面与SN平面的夹角,求出其均值。X线片分男女随机各选 30 张,将 SN平面沿 N点旋转 6°、7°、8°、10°后用于替代 FH平面,选择与FH平面相关的角度与线距值共8个项目,手工测量各替代平面及实际 FH平面的 8 个测量项目值,将各替代平面的测量值与FH平面的测量值作统计学检验。结果　重庆地区正常人群 SN平面与 FH平面的夹角存在性别差异,男性为8.24°,女性为9.96°。替代平面与FH平面8项测量值的统计学检验证实将SN平面男性旋转 8°、女性旋转 10°后,其测量值与实际FH平面测量值差异无统计学意义。结论　重庆地区正常人群头影测量分析中可将SN平面男性旋转8.24°、女性旋转9.96°用以替代FH平面,以减小定点误差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the angle between SN and FH plane, the value of the angle can be used as evidence to rotate SN plane as substitution for FH plane. To evaluate the reliability of the substitution for FH plane.Methods This study is based on a sample of 185 Chongqing adolescents and adults with normal occlusion and well-balanced profile. Measure the angle between SN and FH plane by cephalometrical software.60 cephalogram were randomly selected include 30 males and 30 females,to eavaluate the reliability of substitutin for FH plane while SN plane were rotated 6°,7°,8°,10°by multiple comparisons.Results The value of the angle between FH and SN palne is : male 8.24°,female 9.96°.The reliability of substitution for FH plane by rotate SN plane is accepted.Conclusion The accuracy may be enhanced by using the substitution for FH plane .更多还原
